The Pete D’Amour Softball Club is a unique collaboration of softball organizations in Southwest Virginia. This first-of-its-kind softball development program combines the expertise of college-level coaching with the resources of a local softball organization. Here we welcome entry-level to experienced athletes across age groups regardless of travel team or school affiliation. Our goal is simple: to support and grow softball.
Our philosophy is to develop softball players that are highly competitive, but also respect the game. We aim to provide affordable instruction because money shouldn’t be a barrier to becoming a better softball player.

HITTING INSTRUCTION
The quest to be a dominant hitter begins here! Learning to hit is a process that requires player dedication and knowledgeable coaches. Our hitting instruction is designed to be accessible to new and younger softball players and is scaled up to meet the needs of more advanced players.
POSITION INSTRUCTION
Each position on the field requires unique skills and mindsets. Our position coaches will focus on age-appropriate development for infielders, outfielders, and catchers. Position training is available in small group and individual formats.
PITCHING
Fundamentals of pitching: Offered in a small group setting to beginning pitchers at 10u and 12u levels. At this age, learning proper technique is critical to future success.
Intermediate: Offered in small group setting to experienced pitchers seeking to add power, develop new pitches, and refine mechanics.
COACH CLINICS
Players need to work on their game but so do coaches. Whether new to coaching softball or a veteran, learning to coach should be more than trial and error. Special clinics will provide coaches an opportunity to interact with some of the best in the business.
